The options are really limitless.. and they continue to add new scrapbook layouts to their store

You can customize the already made templates. For example, in the birthday one above,
I changed the colors of the photo borders, added notes as embellishments and removed a couple
ribbons. You can also go crazy with the "word art", add different kinds of shapes, change the background.. again, the options are limitless.
